Cancellation Policy

I reserve the right to apply a 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

Third Party
I will never provide or sell your details to a third party without your permission. If you have booked an appointment with me, I will send a confirmation email for the booking unless booked via a hotel or chalet company/manager. I will only contact via telephone if there is a valid reason to do so, for example, an unexplained absence from an appointment.
I may email you after an appointment to follow up with aftercare advice and some further information, or to ask for feedback on how your appointment went.


Information I may collect from you
When you send a message via the built-in messaging tool on the website, send an email, text message or direct message via another social media platform, I collect personal information as part of the booking process, notably your email address and your phone number.
I will also collect personal information as part of the consultation process during your appointment. The amount of information I collect will vary depending on the reason for your visit and is required so that I may provide a safe and fulfilling massage treatment. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

I can only disclose or share aspects of your data with your express consent; I cannot and will not send or share your data with other health care providers or insurers without first gaining your permission.

All paper consultation forms are kept in a securely locked cabinet only accessed by me, Any online consultation forms will be stored in a locked folder.
